Due to rising copper prices, we are increasing the prices of our copper pipes by 5%.

Shipping and Invoicing Fees in Sweden

• Invoicing fee: 25 SEK

• Shipping fee: 410 SEK

• For deliveries to private individuals , an additional185 SEKwill be added to the shipping fee.

• For deliveries with notification, an additional 160 SEKapplies .

International deliveries

• Denmark: Free shipping on orders over 10, 000 DKK; otherwise, 370 DKK for shipping.

• Norway: Free shipping on orders over 10,000 NOK; otherwise , shipping is395 NOK.

• Finland: Free shipping on orders over 1, 000 EUR; otherwise , shipping is47.50 EUR.

1. Order

Orders can be placed in the following ways:

• Directly through our website

• By phone

• Via email

When you place an order, you accept our terms and conditions.
We reserve the right to modify, refuse, or cancel an order if incorrect information has been provided, if the product is out of stock, or if we suspect any irregularities.

2. Payment and Prices

• All prices on the website are listed as net prices excluding sales tax, unless otherwise specified.

• We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, make price changes, and correct any inaccuracies in product information.

• The total price, including sales tax, shipping, and any fees, is always displayed at checkout before the order is confirmed.

Payment Methods

• We sell only to businesses with a valid business registration number.

• Payment is made by invoice with a 20-day due date, unless otherwise agreed.

• In the event of late payment, a reminder fee of 60 SEK will be charged, along with a late payment interest rate of 8% per month.

• Invoice fee: 25 SEK excl. VAT per order.

Refunds

• In the event of a refund, we will contact you via email.

• Within Sweden, we use bankgiro/plusgiro or account numbers.

• For international payments, we use IBAN/SWIFT.

3. Delivery & Shipping

• Deliveries are made via DHL. Standard shipping is 395 SEK, unless otherwise agreed.

• Free shipping on orders over 7,000 SEK.

• Items over 2 meters or containing the Bigfoot system: shipping fee of 495 SEK.

• For deliveries to private individuals, an additional 185 SEK is charged on top of the shipping fee.

• For deliveries with notification, an additional 160 SEK is charged on top of the shipping fee.

International Shipments

• Denmark: Free shipping on orders over 10,000 DKK; otherwise, 370 DKK.

• Norway: Free shipping on orders over 10,000 NOK; otherwise, 395 NOK.

• Finland: Free shipping on orders over 1,000 EUR; otherwise , 47.5 EUR.

Delivery Time

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day.

• If delivery cannot be made (e.g., recipient not at home), the items will be delivered to the nearest DHL terminal.
  If the package is returned to us, the customer will be charged the actual cost.

• Any delays will be notified via email or phone. You always have the right to cancel the purchase in the event of a delay.

• For larger orders, the delivery may be split into multiple shipments.

Shipping Damage

• Visible damage: Note this on the shipping label and contact us immediately.

• Hidden damage: Report it within 7 days of receipt. Do not use the product if it is damaged.

Inspection upon receipt

• Ensure that the protective film on the pallet is intact and that the number of packages matches the order.

• Any discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours.

• For deliveries made under power of attorney, the goods are considered delivered once they have been placed at the specified address.

4. Returns

• Returns are at the customer’s expense, except in the case of a defective product or a picking error.

• Returns must be sent as a letter or package —not cash on delivery.

• In the event of a product exchange, we will cover the shipping costs for the new item.

5. Complaints

• In the event of a defect or deficiency, please contact us with a description and photos of the product in question.

• If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping costs.

• We will primarily replace the defective item with a new product, unless otherwise agreed.
  
  
• In the event of a complaint, we are not liable for labor costs, disassembly or assembly costs, lost production, or other indirect costs, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
