These stainless steel cable ties in the size 680 mm x 8 mm are delivered in packs of 100 and are made of type 304 stainless steel. Thanks to the strong material, they are suitable for secure and stable fastening even in harsh environments.

The cable tie is locked by means of a ball in the head. When the end is passed through the locking head, the ball blocks the strap from being pulled back. So you can tighten the cable tie further, but it cannot be released backwards.

How to use stainless steel cable ties

For quick and easy installation, a special cable tie bar is recommended for stainless steel cable ties.

First, place the cable tie around the item to be fastened and hand-tighten as far as possible. Then insert the end of the cable tie into the pliers and tighten the tie by squeezing and releasing the handle until the cable tie is tight. When the strap is tight enough, squeeze the handle fully and the pliers will cut off the excess material.

As stainless steel cable ties have a smooth surface and are made of flat stainless steel, standard nylon cable tie pliers do not work optimally. Therefore, always use pliers designed for stainless steel cable ties.
