This heating cable is equipped with a centrally located, built-in thermostat between the hot and cold cable for automatic temperature control. The cable is designed for installation in drainage hoses or plastic pipes that carry away condensation water - for example from air heat pumps or cooling units. With a pre-assembled plug, the cable is easily connected to an earthed electrical socket via an RCD.
The heating cable must not be used in pressurized water systems. It is equipped with a pre-assembled rubber grommet that simplifies sealing during installation.
