Pancake 2 - Efficient drainage tray for air-to-water and larger air-to-air heat pumps
The Pancake 2 is a compact and smart drainage tray that handles the large amounts of condensate produced by air-to-water heat pumps. It is also compatible with many larger outdoor parts for air-to-air heat pumps.
All Pancake troughs are equipped with a thermostatically controlled heating mat that is activated only when needed - when the temperature drops to +3°C. The energy-efficient Eco variant goes one step further by initially starting at half power and increasing the heating at -8°C. This keeps the water flowing down to -34°C and reduces the risk of ice formation.
Thanks to its small footprint, heated edges and efficient design, the Pancake 2 also uses less power compared to traditional alternatives.
The model comes with customized vibration dampers and is suitable for outdoor parts weighing between 50 and 80 kg.
